adc server 10.240.10.4

when ever i create a user in either of the server it dosent replicate
imediately either a day or if i restart the server it replicataes. What ever
group policy i set in my dc dosent replicate to adc
can some one guide me how to sort out this issue and i would like to know
while creating additional domain controller how shld i configure my dns as

Hello Alexyy,

Please post an complete ipconfig /all from both machines so we can exclude
DNS as one issue.

How are the offices connected, router site-to-site VPN?

Can you ping between the servers with ip address, computername and FQDN?

Any firewall running on/between the servers, if yes is it configured for
AD replication?

Best regards

Is DNS configured correctly on both the domain controllers? Can you resolve
names using the ping command on both the DCs?

Are the site(s) configured correctly in AD?

Can you supply us additional information on the TCP/IP configurations from
both the DCs?

By default the length of time for intersite replication is 3 hours. Are you
sure it isn't a 3 hour delay as opposed to a full day? If the system wasn't
replicating at all I would be concerned but I'm thinking it is just a 3
hours delay that has you thinking a full day.

I would recommend both dc's run Active Directory Integrated DNS as well as
be Global Catalogs. Have each dc point to itself first and the other dc as
secondary.
