When I tried to download a Lexmark driver to my computer for the all
in one printer, it keeps coming up "SEVERE" Regdb.dat failure. When I
did a search for it, it comes up the folder is empty. I dont know what
to do.....can someone help this lady out....I am so stuck. If someone
can tell me how to put the value keys back in my computer and where to
go to put them back in, I would really appreciate it. Thanks much.

Hi there,

I assume your printer is still working?

It is not recommanded to take whatever driver updates from WU unless you
want problems.

If your printer is not funtioning well than you should take the printer
driver from the manufacturers website in this case Lexmark: if it ain't
broke: do NOT try to "FIX" it.

Best regards,
Michel Denie

In addition to my prior post, please check your posting settings. You set
your post to follow-up to "microsoft.public.windows" which does not exist.
