Regional Settings Changed after WSUS

Good day!

We use WSUS 2.0 SP1 to deploy patches on our servers.
We have three waves of patching, DEVELOPMENT, VALIDATION and PRODUCTION to
allow developpers to indentify any issues that could arise.

Quite often, after we update 2003 servers that are set up with French
(France) regional settings, the settings get changed to En (US).

This poses a serious problem since the "Date" settings differ quite a lot.

Right now, I'm seeing only one option, and it is to scan through all patches
and uninstall them in the order they were installed until I dentify the
"mean" one. I'm not very enthusiastic about it since I know I'll have to
start all over again next time this happens...

Does anyone have a clue what happens?
