Registering doesn't work

Trying to download the new V6 windows update, and I'm getting the following
error:
Files required to use Windows Update are no longer registered or installed
on your computer. To continue:
Register or reinstall the files for me now (Recommended)

I hit continue, is reads registering, it goes to 100%, then fails

[Error number: 0x8007041D]

Thanks for the reply, but no, I don't have nod32, I have AVG Anti-virus.
