registration of visual web developer

i registered my visual web developer 2005
but after some days it is again asking for registration
the previous registration key is not working
i can't more money on this again
should i take any legal actions to this

Try activating the program again. When it fails just look at the section
that tells you other ways to activate. Use the telephone option, after the
activation fails there, just stay on the line until a live representative
answers. They will take care of the activation for you.
