Registry Error after installing SP1 on Windows Server2003

I'm getting a STOP 0x00000051 Registry Error.

Windows Server 2003 will not boot.

I tried safe mode and it will not boot.

This problem started on the reboot cycle after installing SP1.

I am very sorry that you are encountering this issue. Please perform an
"in-place upgrade" of your system, so that you can keep all of your settings,
and just replace the system files that are no longer "playing well together."
This is DIFFERENT than a repair installation, since you will not click the R on
that first menu, but later on in the setup wizard. Here is the website for
