Registry file update/deployment to remote systems

Is there a way either using the reg file or some sort of VB script to
deploy registry updates to a remote system(s) in a single shot? I
notice that the registry editor allows you to connect to a remote
registry, but I don't want to have to connect up to each server
manually every time that I need to update the remote registry.
