Did you alter the Registry with Administrative Rights?
Click Start
Type Command Prompt
Right click it
Click 'Run as Administrator' on the contextual menu that pops up
Type 'regedit' without quotes
Hit 'Enter' on your keyboard then apply the suggested instructions given you
in the Project Discussions group.
