regsvr32 problem

hi all..

anybody know how to register dll ???
regsvr32 doesn't work.. i try everythink... turn off UAC, run concole as
administrator ... but i cant register dll

Any idea how to fix ?

The module "SolidEdge_V19.dll" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer
failed with error code 0x80020009.

For more information about this problem, search online using the error code
as a search term.

The dll may not be compatible with Vista.

nope..

this dll its wista compatible... i try more as one dll ;(
