O SP3 pleno de Windows XP pode ser achado aqui -

Ponha-o a sua localização geográfica.
Então baixe e exceto SP3.
Configure o sistema para arranque limpo -
Como configurar o Windows XP para ser iniciado num estado de "arranque
limpo"

Instale SP3 depois de inicializar ao estado arranque limpo.
Comece de novo o computador.
Desfaça os passos arranque limpo agora.
