To reinstall deleted Window Updates

Stuffed up once again. How do I reinstall the Window Updates that I deleted.
They were all 2005. Cheers

Possibly many were superceded so perhaps use from Microsoft - Microsoft
Baseline Security Analyzer.

It will do a scan and recommend installation/repair of missing updates etc.
