Hello T.Rowe
You might see if OPTION TWO (step 2) in the tutorial below can restor
the default fonts for you. You will still need to change any fonts tha
were change in OPTION ONE (Step Two) of the Advanced Appearance setting
though

If this does not help, then you could do a System Restore using
restore point dated before the fonts changed
