I recenly had a problem with my system and was helped by a Microsoft Tech.
He backed-up my files on one disk and my emails on another. He then cleared
my system and reloaded Vista Home Basic. (As you can see from my lack of
technical terminology, I am have very little computer knowledge.) I have
tried to find out how to reload my backed up information but have been unable
to do so...and frankly am nervous that I may push the wrong button. Please
help me.

He had connected to my system so I am not sure what he did. I just put the
disk in the drive when he told me to. The files are, templates, and word
files. My email address is a hot mail address.
