Hi,
I just recently went through this. I had to do a clean sweep installation of
Windows XP that was also running on Fat32. Afterward I wasn't able to
download Service Pack 2. What I did was I took my own personal computer and
down loaded the SP2 to it, then I networked the two computers together so I
could transfer the file from my computer to the one in question. Worked great
but I don't think that you have kind of time. I would suggest is buying 1 Gb
pen drive, down loading it onto that. Then transfer that file into your
programs folder and install. It might seem like a lot but I figure it is
faster than waiting for assisance by e-mail, and cheaper than Tech support by
phone, with an added bonus, you'll have a great portable storage device....lol
Oh well, hope it helps.
