reinstalling

hey
im having problems installing the windows live messenger, everytime i press
install a little screen comes up saying i cant install it because i first
have to remove the existing Windows Messenger (which i did) then reinstall
the Windows live Messenger.. some sort of code comes up to .. something like
WH11.. i dont know the rest.

what do i do?!

The first thing we need is the exact error code and message you're seeing. Windows Live
Messenger doesn't require Windows Messenger (which is a separate product, so I assume you
just forgot the Live part), so it's a bit confusing to give direction at this point.
