release of 11 security updates on August 8, 2006

Microsoft released 11 security updates on Aug 8 so I installed them. I ran a
Spybot scan this morning and got a notice that " Microsoft windows security
center disabled" It instructed me to shut down computer and restart but that
did not fix the problem....Spybot says that the problem is "HKEY_LOCAL_
MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENT CENTER REGISTORY CHANGE".

When i go to CONTROL PANEL and click on SECURITY it keeps telling
me to turn on SECURITY.
