reliability analysis metrics calculation executable stopped workin

hi,

I have Vista installed on my computer and I recently got a pop up window
which says that "reliability analysis metrics calculation executable stopped
working and was closed". I don't notice any problems, I just got this error.
I searched the KB and google well, but I did not find any asnwers...
Could somebody help?
