Reliability Monitor stopped working

I know there have been several post regarding the Reliability Monitor but
nobody has given an answer that yet works. Yes, it's enabled, it's running,
I have admin access but it stopped updating the chart. Microsoft have not
got a clue so I thought I would see if you lot have.
