Reloaded Windows XP Home

Due to forgotten password, I felt this was my only option. I changed the boot
option to boot from the CD, re-loaded Windows. Now, several things have
occurred:

My Control Panel, Add/Remove programs shows only those programs I have
loaded since then, but I have a ton of programs on the PC, like Norton, etc.

My Outlook mail messages are nowhere to be found. I had a ton of messages in
many folders. I loaded Outlook express and it works, but I'd like to import
my Outlook message file

I can't run programs that used to work - I see them in Program Files, but
when I click on the .exe, I get an error about 'could not be found' or
something.

Any help is appreciated.
