Remote Administration with Computer Management

I need to give permission to the helpdesk to be able to access and manage the
following applet of W2K3 Servers through Computer Management on their Client.
1. Event Viewer
2. Services

I do not want to add them to the LocalAdministrator Group of the servers and
I observed that the "Backup Operators" or "Power Users" group could not give
them the access either. What permission would they need to be able exercise
this privilege?
