Remote Assistance Error

I have a couple of machines that throw out this error when I try to offer
RA, one is a Vista SP2 and one is an XP SP3 machine.

"Application will terminate, a critical error was detected in
d:\rtm\base\diagnosis\ra\ui\expinterdialog.cpp Line 4474 Function
OnExpErrorProc"

I then get bounced and have to TS in. Any clues out there on this?

Also, there was a mention a month or so ago about a specific SBS 2008
Exchange SP2 installer. Any update on that?
