Remote Assistance (int'l)

Hi there,

i have an issues regarding Remote Assistance:

When i (working in IT-Supoprt) try to remotely Assist our Domain
Users, i use the built-in remote assistance by Microsoft.

Everything is working fine when i remote assist from Windows XP
(german or english) to Windows XP (german or english) or from Windows
Vista (German) to Windows XP (German).
But when i try to remote assist an english XP from german Vista, i'm
told that the HelpAssistant User has a wrong password. The same remote
Computer is assistable from a german xp ...
