I am dealing with a person who is technically challenged and it is a major
effort to get this person to send me the password so I can take control of
their machine. Both systems are running W7 Home Premium and Windows Live
Messenger. Remote assistance works great once I get this person to do the
copy/paste/send of the generated password. It seems that this is a little
complex for the novice user. Has somebody created a script or macro or
something that will handle all the stuff for the person requesting
assistance? Am I the only one with this request/complaint?
