Remote Assistance

I have Win 7 connected to Internet via TRENDnet TEW-452BRP 108Mbps 11g
Wireless router. I have no problem working on the net. However, when someone
asks me for a remote assistance, I'm unable to connect to a remote computer.
As soon as I switch to a direct connection via cable modem, the remote
computer could be found. I run the MS Connectivity tool on my router and all
tests passed.
What's wrong? What should I do to provide remote assistance via my router?
