REmote Desktop Connection works from LAN but not outside

All right I have a Win2k8 server I unplugged and move and suddenly
Remote Desktop stop working. Did a chkdsk fine.

Then again Win2k8 restarted and lost the ability
to do Remote in. Did a chkdsk and still ended up
not able to REmote in outside the LAN but inside we are all right.

Rather have people remote in directly instead have to prxy via a Win2k3 server.

What should I be looking for?
