Remote Desktop suddenly not working

Hello, I had to move servers last nice.

Get a complaint from custoer the remote Desktop was not working.

I logged into the server from its physical location, no problem.

I checked the services. They look correct.

Just had to report the shutdown that was not scheduled.

Running Server 2008 current patches but still not Remote Desktop.

How do I get remote desktop back?

Addidtional, inside the LAN it works but not outside and not using
Terminal Services.
