Remote Desktop Web not working after SP2 Upgrade.

I have been using Remote Desktop Web connect for some time with no issues. I
recently upgraded to SP2. I can no longer access my home PC from work
utilizing http://myhomepc.no-ip.com/tsweb as the URL. My No-IP.com account
is picking up my external IP address correctly. I can access RDW from inside
my home network.

Additionally, I cannot ping myhomepc.no-ip.com, I get a request time out
(but it does show the correct IP address) same thing if I try to ping the IP
address directly.

I have turned off the new Windows firewall that came with SP2.

Any ideas? TIA
