RemoteAccess connection

Hello,

I try to setup up a RAS connection via dial up line.

As authentification type I have to use PAP.

Everytime the authentification fails.
In the system log I can see a error entry with the ID 20255.
This says that the used authentification method can't be used because of a
configured security policy.

Which security policy I have to configure?
How I have to configure the security policy?

Can anyone help me?
