I recently had a crash and reloaded XP. During updating the original version
I got to the SP 2 download. After downloading and upon installation it stops
in the middle of the process and returns an error , ACCESS DENIED. In an
effort to make things easy I'm trying to locate the download, remove it, and
download it anew. Does anyone have any suggestions for locating it, it
doesn't give the filename at the time of download. I'm not able to download
over the old copy, it simply tells me I've already downloaded it and only
allows me the option of 'install the download'.
