Remove an account of a past employee

Hi, Using WLM 8.0. I have an account set up from a past employee. It is
based on our company email addresses. I would like to remove the account. I
do not want to disconnect the email account as there may still be business
realted emails coming in that has an auto-reply on help.

I see this past employee's alert that they logged in come up, I do not wnat
this person using my business name for their personal use.

If you have the password of the account then the Passport can be cancelled at
https://account.live.com/CloseAccount.aspx.

If you do not, there is nothing stopping them from using that e-mail address. In fact even
if you were to remove the e-mail address on your e-mail server, he still can continue to use
that account on Messenger.
