Remove ActivSync info from Windows Mobile 5

I have setup a iPAQ 2490 user to activesync with our exchange 2003 server, it
works well but if the PDA is given to someone else how can i remove all their
actvesync data from the PDA?
i can see how to remove the connection and setup somone new, but the old
users information (contacts, calendar etc) always remain on the PDA.

How can completely remove all their data?

If you look up "hard reset" in the device manual, that will delete
*everything* from the device, returning it to factory default configuration.
