remove beta version of vista from XP

Earlier in 2007, I downloaded and installed on a second partition (?) a beta
version of vista ultimate on a computer running XP home edition. At boot
time, it offers a choice of vista or XP. I tried using vista and for my
usage I did not find any advantage.
Now I don't know how to delete the vista installation. I put the vista CD
into the drive and booted and there is no option to delete vista, only to
re-install vista. Whenever I re-boot, unless I choose XP it automatically
goes to boot the expired vista.

Hi;
I was running the beta Vista Ultimate to, and the only way I could do an
install was to do a fresh install,
and elect to delete partitions and format during install. Hope that helps
