If you can't, there is something else wrong with your computer since
that update does not remove that capability.
Start/Run
Type "control userpasswords2" ENTER
Uncheck "Users must enter..."
Click OK and select the account you want to automatically logon.
Follow prompts.
Next boot, you will not need to enter the password.
You can uninstall it if you want from Add/Remove Programs in the
Control Panel.
But I would suggest leaving it since it may be needed again by another
program.
