Remove security update 936181 by using the Add or Remove Programs

I removed the security update MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB936181) using the Add of
Remove Program in the Control Panel. I did a manual Windows Update and it
reinstalled the update. The Update Shield was gone.

Of course it reinstalled it, since you uninstalled it. If you don't want to
install it, uncheck it.
