As Administrator I deleted a user account via User Accounts (via Manage
Another Account including the deletion of the files of the user)
However the folder with the name of the 'deleted user' is still there -
under Users - and I cannot delete it.
How can I delete that now useless folder?

Hi,

You have to run either explorer or cmd elevated before you will be able to
remove the folder associated with the deleted account.

Thanks Rick. Elevated running of Explorer or Cmd did not solve the problem.
Somebody advised me to use the program Unlocker and that did the trick.
But Unlocker may be a rough and therefore a dangerous program
