Well it seems that it was not a Windows Vista issue after all (well kinda),
the updated drivers for the Wacom Tablet apparently activate the Tablet PC
features incorporated in Vista, therefore removing the software update for
the tablet removes the keyboard.
I did remove the updated drivers and without it the tablet works fine!
