By accident I installed vista on recovery D on my laptop and so m
laptop has two operating systems.
I formated the d drive (using right click and format) that now seems t
be clean, but still when booting my laptop there are the two operatin
systems, and one is not funcional.
Help what do I do

Hi,

Click start and type msconfig, then hit <enter> to open the system
configuration utility. Click continue at the uac prompt. On the boot tab,
select the unwanted entry and remove it.

Hello Rockika

You can use METHOD TWO (step 7) in the tutorial below to remove th
other Vista from the boot list

http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/82...on-default.htm

The D: recovery partition is used to reinstall Vista back to factor
defaults with. I hope that you have a recovery CD or other Vist
installation DVD to use instead since you formatted the D: partition.

Hope this helps
Shaw
