Hello ba_baracus, So you followed all steps included in: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555846/en-us In the DNS you have to remove all information regarding the old server, normally it should only be the servername form the zone properties, Name server tab. Hello ba_baracus, So in AD sites and services the DC is not listed anymore and the site is also removed(if no other DC is there of course)? yes I already removed the site from sites and services. I have already followed that KB to the letter and the data still remains.
