Hello everyone! Raffi here. Can i remove the details bar? I really don't
need it & it is a pain to uncheck the "Type, Date modified, Size" & etc,
etc every time i browse through an unexplored folder. I don't see such
options in the "Folder Options" or anywhere in the "Control Panel" to
remove the bar. I wouldn't mind changing something in the registry if
there is & i'm well aware of the risks. I've attached a picture just to
be clear. Thanks.

Hello Ruff

Sorry, but you cannot remove the column title bar in Windows Explorer

If it helps any, Method Two in this tutorial will show you how to rese
the folder view settings so that these are set to not change on yo
automatically. It sets it to the All Items folder template for th
Details view as the new default

Hope this helps

LOL, sorry about that LeapFrig

I misunderstood what you were trying to say originally, "if you clic
on VIEWS and the select LIST you wont have details!", of change to LIS
and not DETAILS wont have. I must have been half asleep at the moment

Yes, just selecting LIST instead in Views is a good option
