Hi,
ActiveSync uses internal store ids to identify duplicates. Sometimes if the
ids are different, they will end up generating duplicates during the sync
process. There is no way of invoking ActiveSync to eliminate the duplicate
entries. I suggest you use the Outlook Duplicate Remover to remove
duplicates on your desktop and then sync. That should clear the problem.
