Removing items from Approved list in SUS

Anyone know how to remove items from SUS after they have
been approved? Patch KB841356 in particular is causing
major problems with an application. I have unchecked it
from the list and reclicked approve. It appears checked
once the list is viewed again. I've also deleted the
offending files from the SUS file directory, they have
been downloaded again by the regular scheduled
synchronization. Couldn't find any helpful info in the KB
on removing them once approved.

Thanks in andvance.

Hi

Fyi, there is a separate newsgroup for SUS:

microsoft.public.softwareupdatesvcs

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...wareupdatesvcs

URL to the group softwareupdatesvcs for those who uses the Web
interface to access the newsgroups:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserv...wareupdatesvcs

A Web site about SUS with a FAQ and a SUS forum:
