I decided to install Spybot so that I could find the registry keys
that were responsible for your problem. The latest version 1.6.2
does not install any right-click context menus but I found this buried
in the help file:
If you want to completely get rid of Spybot-S&D 1.4 (also earlier versions)
and the Add/Remove doesn't help, you can delete the installation folder
(usually C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\), then download this
very small fix by right clicking and saving it, then execute it
(important! - this will remove all remains from the registry).

It's a small reg file that needs double-clicking to run or
right-click and select 'Merge'.
