Removing programs from Uninstall Program list?

I accidentally permanently deleted the folders of some game demos I have
installed before uninstalling them from Programs and Features. In XP there
was an option to simply "Remove from this list"; where is the equivalent in
Vista, as I can no longer uninstall the programs as I've deleted them and so
they just sit in the Programs and Features loist, refusing to move?
