.... programs from the right-click menu. How is this done? I still have
Spybot showing in the right-click menu and it's long gone. How do I remove
it from the menu?

Thank you, but there is no way to know which Key is for the long-uninstalled
Spybot under "context menu handlers." Under Vista, most of the names of the
programs are not there as in his illustration. Spybot is not mentioned yet
is shows up on the right-click menu.

Then use ShellexView to remove the Spybot entry.
