I remove my update files after everything seems okay. I have 2 files that
are different from what I normally see. Can I safely delete these?

$MS13uninstall_KB893803v2$

and

$hf_mig$

The $hf_mig$ should not be removed/deleted.

All those with Uninstall in the name can be.
