Rename Administrator account with unattend.xml

Does anybody know if there is a way to rename the built-in Administrator
account with the unattend.xml file? From what I have read it looks like the
CopyProfile setting will keep the built-in Administrator account as long as
it is logged on while running sysprep. Unfortunately it also sets the
Adminstrator's settings for all users...
