If you rename the account 'vintage4002' it would still use that folder.

If you then renamed; C:\Users\vintage4002 to C:\Users\vintage4002.BAK
I am not sure it would create a new C:\Users\XXXXXXX without a registry modification.

You can only do it IFF...
You are not logged in as 'vintage4002' and you have Admistrator's rights.

You can't rename it because that's your user folder.
You can rename your user account from Control Panel, but this folder will
not be renamed. All references to that user account will remain.

Your alternative is to create a new user account, choosing the name
carefully, and copy all your files over. Then you can remove the unwanted
user account.
