Renaming Folder Problem

I have just installed Windows Vista Ultimate on my machine.
Today i came across the first time i needed to create a new folder, but when
i tried to rename it i got this error:
'The file or folder does not exist'
Please can you help me out?

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories and right-click
on the Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".
Type in: SFC /SCANNOW and press your Enter key.

I did as you said, and i now get this:

Verification 99% complete. Windows Resource Protection found corrup files,
but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log

Any idea of where to go from here?

I can create new folders, just not re-name them.
