Repeat Error Code

I have tried in vain for over a year to download all Windows Vista automatic
updates, which I have set to download daily. The error messages have
changed, but the result is always the same - massive failings and no
downloading of the automatic Windows updates. The latest error code is
800719E4, and is applied to every download. Can anybody help me?
