Repeated automatic updates of KB824145 and KB828750

I have an IBM Thinkpad R40 running Windows XP Professional SP1. Automatic
updates are enabled via network domain policy. Recently the critical updates
KB824145 and KB828750 have been automatically downloading once per day. They
install without any apparent problem. When I go to the Windows Update site, a
scan indicates that there are no critical updates available (other than SP2).

I have checked my registry based on a suggested fix for a similar problem,
and these updates are not listed in the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates section of my registry.

I also had the same problem virus scanned and found nothing. Everyday its
the same two updates KB824145 and KB828750.
